Your lead list
When using Martin, your main screen is called the Lead list. This is a list of your open leads, containing a tile for each lead.
Lead Tiles
The tile for each leads contains the following summary:
- The customer’s first and last names
- The time until the next action (call, email, meeting) is due
- Source of the lead
- Lead status
The time till due is colour coded to capture the urgency of action:
- Red means that action is past due
- Orange means action is due in the next 30 mins
- Green means there is more than 30 mins until it’s due
Lead Ranking
By default, the leads are ranked according to the urgency of the next action. That way you are always focusing on the top priority.
Recency: to re-order the leads to put the most recent at the top, simply select the lightning bolt icon in the top RHS.
When selected, it will change to green, a reminder that this different filter is in use.
This is a great way to check if any new leads have come in since you last used the app.
TIP: Always return to standard list
After using the filter, its really important to remember to return to the standard order because this is what ensures that tasks set up hours or days or weeks ago get seen when they are due.
