Lead content

By clicking on a lead tile, you will cause the lead to open on the Lead View screen. This shows the information associated with the lead known as the Lead Content. Lead content varies from one company to another, so that it best meets the needs of their sales team. But the content fields are generally grouped as below. 

 

1. Lead banner: Shows how much time you have untill the next call, email or meeting is due. The client’s name and call button are also shown here.

2. Lead alerts: Anything you should attend to prior to acting on the lead is listed near the top as a Lead Alert. For more information on the types of alert you may encounter, go to the Lead alerts page.

3. Lead status: this shows the current status of the lead prior to your next action. For more information on the various lead statuses go to the Lead status page.

Here you’ll also find quick links for a summary of the history of your contact to date and a list of sales notes – either is a great way to brush up on activity to date prior to reaching out again. for more detail go to the Lead history page 

4. Committed actions:  any actions that are planned or overdue will appear here. This includes calls, meetings and replies expected from emails and SMS’s sent. For further information on how to use these functions go to the contact section.

5. Source information: this shows where the lead came from. Usually including marketing channel and campaign. 

6. Qualification: if you’ve had a quality conversation with the person, then your estimation of the likelihood of them proceeding is captured here. For details go to the Profile customer page.

7. Client profile: this groups all the information on the client that helps you understand them and their needs. For more detail on how to gather this information go to the Profile customer page.

8. Persons: any person attached to the lead from the enquirer to third parties like referrers is listed here. Each person entry contains a link to a page with all of their details and additional functions. For further details on this go to the Person page. 

9. Lead details: here the details on lead ID, date created, and the location and salesperson to which they are allocated are available. This is helpful if looking for support on an issue with the lead. This also includes buttons to allow you close the lead as a problem lead or to copy or transfer it to another location. 

10. Send buttons: these buttons enable you to sent an email or an SMS to anyone attached to the lead. Often you’ll do that while capturing a lead outcome, but at time’s between contacts you’ll need to fire off an ad hoc message.  For further details go to the email or SMS pages.

11. Inbound: this function enables you to capture any contact that the prospect has made with you – calls, walk-ins, emails, and SMSs.  For more info go to the Inbound Contact page

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tip:  if you’re pulling a lot of leads through the app, then the quickest way to find what you are looking for is usually to scan for the icons.
