View history

When calling someone you’ve spoken with previously, its always a good idea to check the conversation record to ensure you are well prepared for the conversation. The View lead history page provides a good summary of the activity to date capturing all contact events, outcomes by event, information collected and notes taken. If you want the short version, then select the View notes link. This will take you to a list of the Sales Notes you’ve collected each time you’ve been in contact with the prospect. Its a great way to quickly come up to speed before making a call. These links are accessed via the Lead Status section of the lead. See Lead content.

TIP: There is a control in your profile settings to allow you to reverse the order of these lists. By default they run chronologically from the lead delivery forward. But this control allows you to reverse this so that the latest event is at the top. Its all about personal preference.
